At NEXUSOTP, you only pay for successful SMS verification sessions. Every rental across all 24+ countries is protected by an automated smart-ledger refund guarantee.

1. 100% Automatic Refund Conditions

  • 100% automatic USD refund to your Telegram Bot wallet if no SMS OTP is received within 10 minutes.
  • Zero charge if the carrier gateway returns an error or fails to allocate a valid E.164 mobile number.
  • No manual mid-session cancellation required or permitted — numbers automatically expire and refund 100% after 10 minutes if no SMS arrives.
  • Up to 7 concurrent waiting numbers per user to prevent number pool hoarding and ensure fair carrier availability.
  • Refunded USD balance is immediately available in your Bot wallet for any other country or service.

2. 10-Minute Session Window & No Manual Cancellation

Each allocated phone number remains active for 10 minutes. To prevent late-arriving SMS conflicts with upstream telecom carriers, manual mid-session cancellation is not supported. If no SMS arrives when the 10-minute timer reaches 00:00, the system automatically releases 100% of the reserved USD back to your available Bot wallet balance.

3. Non-Refundable Completed Sessions

All numbers are temporary per-session verification numbers (10 minutes). Refunds do not apply after a valid SMS message has been successfully delivered to your Telegram chat.
